How to order
Send your inquiry message on the item page, or send email to us directly, tell us the quantity you need and your location. Then we`ll quote for unit price and freight (by air or by sea). After we agree on price and other business terms, we'll issue proforma invoice, by which you can pay for the order. And then Filtech will arrange delivery.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes when doing International Shipping
When ordering from Filtech, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Filtech has no control over these charges, nor can Filtech predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

Can You Send The Brochure With Price List
Usually, we display products on our website http://www.filtech.in. Please don`t ask us to send price sheet for all items. You need to choose some types which are popular in your market,and then our representative from related division department will reply within 24 working hours. If we think it is time to give you the quotation list, then we could do it at once. Otherwise, you must be patient for waiting. In order to avoid any potential market conflicts, we only sell unique items to the unique clients. Also, if you pay for any mould or dice, the items from that would be only to sold to you. Filtech wouldn`t sell items which the customer already paid for mould to others.

Privacy Policy
Filtech does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Data collected by this site is used to:
